UPS 2-Day Air Nationwide Shipping

To ensure your cookies arrive with crisp golden edges, soft centers, and peak bakery-fresh flavor, we always use UPS 2-Day Air shipping as our default carrier for nationwide orders. Every order is baked fresh to order on the morning of shipment.

1. Baking & Shipping Schedule

Because our cookies contain organic butter, cage-free eggs, and no artificial preservatives, we schedule shipments to prevent packages from sitting in carrier warehouses over the weekend:

Standard Shipping Days: Nationwide orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday via UPS 2-Day Air.
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed by 12:00 PM PST Monday through Wednesday will typically ship the same day or next business morning.
Thursday & Weekend Orders: Any orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Wednesday will be freshly baked and shipped the following Monday morning to guarantee 2-day delivery freshness.

2. Packaging & Bakery Freshness

Each Wholly Cookies! batch is allowed to cool just enough to lock in its molten lava center before being individual or pack-wrapped in heat-sealed, food-grade packaging. Our signature bakery boxes are designed to protect cookies against impact during transit.

3. Reheating Instructions for Ooey-Gooey Magic

While our cookies are delicious straight out of the box, we strongly recommend warming them to recreate that fresh-from-the-oven Foster City bakery experience:

Oven / Toaster Oven (Recommended): Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place cookies on a baking sheet for 4 to 5 minutes until warm and fragrant.

Microwave (Quick Warmth): Microwave an individual cookie on a microwave-safe plate for 10 to 12 seconds for an instant melty chocolate core.

4. Local Same-Day Delivery ($5.00)

For customers in the local area, we offer fast local courier fulfillment:

Local Courier Delivery ($5.00): Fresh same-day local courier delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM PST. Hand-delivered warm directly to your door.

5. Address Accuracy & Carrier Guarantees

Please double-check all recipient shipping addresses prior to checkout. Wholly Cookies LLC is not responsible for shipping delays or non-deliveries resulting from inaccurate address details, missing suite numbers, or closed business premises. Due to the perishable nature of our products, deliveries to P.O. Boxes are not recommended.
